Dr. Winters has extensive clinical training conducting forensic psychological evaluations to inform a range of legal issues.
Areas of practice include, but are not limited to, the following:

· Emotional / Psychological Damages
Dr. Winters is available to testify as an expert witnesses to objectively educate the court about specific areas of expertise.

· Victim disclosure

Dr. Winters can serve as a clinical psychology consultant for a range of issues in the legal system.
The role of a consultant could include, but is not limited to, the following:
· Review of files and relevant materials
· Explanation of psychological constructs relevant to the case
· Preparing or reviewing direct or cross-examination questions
Dr. Winters can provide trainings, seminars, and workshops to a variety of groups and organizations, such as law enforcement, court personnel, prison staff, mental health and medical providers, school personnel, parents and guardians, students, and more.
